Rich black tea meets creamy vanilla sweetness in this elegant winter latte. Finished with marshmallows and a touch of cinnamon, the Royal Vanilla Latte delivers café-style comfort with every sip.
Ingredients
- 2 Joko Black Tea bags
- 250ml water
- 250ml full-cream milk
- 3 tbsp Vanilla Powder
- 15ml French Vanilla Syrup
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
- Ground cinnamon for dusting

- Brew the Tea
✨ Tip: Authentic bubble tea shops brew stronger tea to help the flavour stand out beautifully against milk, syrups and pearls.
- Prepare the Vanilla Milk: In a saucepan, gently heat the milk. Whisk in the Vanilla Powder until fully dissolved. Add the French Vanilla Syrup and stir well. Do not boil.
- Create the Latté: Pour the brewed tea into a large mug. Slowly add the warm vanilla milk mixture.
- Garnish: Top with a small handful of marshmallows. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
Garnish with a vanilla bean pod for presentation if desired.
