tea base method
For the best flavour, brew your Ceylon tea using a strong bubble tea base method.
✨ Tip: Authentic bubble tea shops brew stronger tea to help the flavour stand out beautifully against milk, syrups and pearls.
method:
- Brew the Ceylon tea separately using a strong bubble tea tea base method.
- In a separate saucepan, gently warm the milk over medium-low heat. Do not boil.
- Stir the Milk Tea Powder, French Vanilla Syrup and cinnamon into the warm milk until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly pour the brewed tea into the milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Drizzle the extra French Vanilla syrup along the inside of clear mugs or glasses.
- Add prepared brown sugar tapioca pearls.
- Pour the warm vanilla milk tea mixture over the pearls.
- Finish with crushed caramel biscuit crumbs and a light cinnamon dusting.
