method:
  • Brew the Ceylon tea separately using a strong bubble tea tea base method.
  • In a separate saucepan, gently warm the milk over medium-low heat. Do not boil.
  • Stir the Milk Tea Powder, French Vanilla Syrup and cinnamon into the warm milk until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly pour the brewed tea into the milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
  • Drizzle the extra French Vanilla syrup along the inside of clear mugs or glasses.
  • Add prepared brown sugar tapioca pearls.
  • Pour the warm vanilla milk tea mixture over the pearls.
  • Finish with crushed caramel biscuit crumbs and a light cinnamon dusting.
