Earl Grey Berry-Choco Royale Boba
a Warm dessert drink
Sophisticated floral Earl Grey meets fruity strawberry and creamy white & dark chocolate layers. A luxury warm dessert in a cup. To enjoy in the winter close to a toasty fireplace.

Ingredients
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag (strong brew)
- 1 scoop strawberry milk powder
- 1 scoop chocolate milk powder
- ½ scoop milky bar milk powder
- ¾ cup hot full-cream milk or oat milk
- Cooked tapioca pearls
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp strawberry syrup (optional)
- Fresh strawberry slice or dried berry for garnish
- Some cocoa powder

Method

- First cook your tapioca pearls as per our instructions HERE.
- Brew Earl Grey tea strong and set aside.
- Heat milk in a pot and slowly whisk in strawberry, chocolate, and milky bar powders until creamy.
- Stir in vanilla essence and a small splash of strawberry syrup for punch.
- Mix in the Earl Grey tea for that elegant, floral note.
- Add the cooked tapioca pearls to a heatproof glass, mug or cup.
- Pour the hot drink mixture over the pearls.
- Top with frothed milk, a swirl of strawberry syrup, and a slice of fresh strawberry or crushed dried berries.
Optional: Dust with cocoa powder for extra flair.
