Kiwi Milk Bubble Tea
Kiwi milk bubble tea is a beverage that stands out among other fruity blends. Usually, kiwi syrup is used in water-based bubble teas, but surprisingly it goes quite well with milk tea!
If you are a fan of a fruit and sour-tangy taste, this one is for you! The combination of chewy tapioca pearls and condensed milk (a South African darling!), makes this bubble tea drink a yummy mmmmm.... experience!
 - 1 Earl grey tea bag
 - 1 Cup of water
 - 30-40ml Kiwi syrup
 - 125ml Full cream milk
 - 2 Tbs condensed milk
 - 1/2 Cup of cooked tapioca pearls (See our Recipe Here!)
 - Ice cubes
 - 1 Kiwi fruit peeled & sliced

-
Steep the earl grey tea into a cup of hot water for 3 minutes. Set it aside to come to room temperature.
 -
Add the tea, milk, a few ice cubes, and the syrup into a shaker. Shake well for one minute. Taste for preferred sweetness.
 -
In a serving cup, scoop the tapioca pearls and fresh ice cubes.
 -
Pour the kiwi milk tea mixture over the pearls and cubes.
 -
Add the condensed milk, if you prefer it more sweeter and stir.
