Vanilla Caramel Bubble Tea
simple sweetness
You can never go wrong with vanilla. Our simplistic, yet divinely tasty vanilla milk powder makes some of the best milk bubble teas out there! Vanilla is a classic flavour known for its sweet, creamy, and slightly floral taste. It is derived from the vanilla bean, which comes from the orchid plant. Vanilla adds a rich and luxurious flavour to this drink.
With the addition of our caramel syrup, this recipe is something you just have to try! The caramel has a deep, buttery taste with notes of toffee and molasses. Caramel adds a decadent sweetness to this drink, creating a smooth and velvety texture. This is made even more delicious with a little bit of condensed milk.
The ice cream and chewy tapioca pearls make this drink very unique.

Method
- Scoop the cooked tapioca pearls into a glass, cup or jam jar.
- Scoop your ice cream on top of the pearls.
- Cover with some ice.
- Mix the milk powder, tea, syrup and milk together until very well combined. You can ideally use a shaker for this part, but then add the ice into the shaker and shake really well. Do a taste test and add more syrup if preferred.
- Pour the tea & milk mixture over the ice cream.
- Pour the condensed milk into the mixture
- Optionally you can add some extra caramel syrup if you have a sweet tooth.
- You can scoop more ice cream on top if you prefer as well as some dollops of tapioca to give it a regal look.
- Enjoy this absolute sweet simplicity with the chewy Tapioca.
- Instead of the Caramel Syrup, you're welcome to try our French Vanilla Syrup or the Creme Brulee Syrup.
